This case involved removal of breast implants combined with a breast lift to restore shape and support. After implant removal, the breasts were carefully lifted and reshaped to achieve a natural contour, improved position, and balanced appearance without implants.

In this case, the patient developed capsular contracture, a condition in which scar tissue around the breast implant thickens and tightens over time. This led to breast hardness, discomfort, and distortion of the natural breast shape.
Breast implant removal was performed to relieve pain and restore a softer, more natural breast contour. The procedure prioritized patient comfort, breast health, and long-term outcomes without placing new implants.
